No, may be Raynaud's: Raynaud's phenomenon is a symptom caused by constriction of small blood vessels, usually in the fingers and toes, leading to a lack of nutrients and oxygen going to the fingers and toes. Raynaud's phenomenon can be due to auto-immune disorders, hormonal imbalances, medication effects, etc... A primary care, endocrinology, or rheumatology doctor can look for raynaud's and other possible causes.

Wrist pain: RICE - rest, ice, compress, elevate.  Sounds like a sprained wrist.  If not improve, see a doctor to help diagnose.

Avoid irritants: Wear gloves to avoid dermatitis in reaction to the material. Try olive oil to remove the adhesive gently without tearing at the skin. 
Eventually with soap and water it will come off. Have a flu vaccination this year.

senior with diabetes and sores on his body fell and broke his hip and went into nursing home as we were cleaning his house we were on our hands and knees scrubbing the floor without gloves and drank bottle water without hand washing, can we get germs?

: There are germs everywhere.  Wear gloves from now on and wash hands. Prob no problem tho.  See if you can find out if he had C DIff.  Wash your hands again.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. What you describe suggests arthritis. You may take paracetamol for the pain. If that does not resolve the matter in a couple of weeks it would be prudent to see your doctor.

Need a consultation: a radial head fracture with wrist pain can be a more significant injury. You need an X-ray of the wrist and elbow. If the radial head is depressed it shortens the radius leading to wrist pain. You might need surgery on the radial head. Until then keep moving but wear a sling.

Many possibilities: At the top of the list would be some form of wrist tendonitis but other possibilities would include latent injury such as unrecognized scaphoid fracture, ligament sprains, occult masses such as ganglia, avn of the lunate (kienbock's), and tfcc injury (though surely not a classic description). You should have a good exam with plain x-rays and possibly an mri. Best of luck.

: Probably yes, but it doesn't really matter. Even without washing, HIV cannot be transmitted from hands to another person. For example, even sexual fingering (vaginal or anal) never transmits HIV.

Not normal: If you get these symptoms, report to your doctor immediately.
