Circulation issue: The back of the neck contains the vertebral arteries, the blood supply to the back of the brain, hearing, balance and vision centers.  Leaning your head back, if it consistently causes deficits in these functions might mean there is compromise to these arteries.  You should see a neurologist to get started as this may be progressive and lead to permanent changes.

Not likely.: Your symptom complex  encompasses neurological, cardiovascular, and potentially vestibular systems all of which may be connected.  However, they cannot be attributable to a 6mm pineal gland.  A thorough history and exam in person are necessary to have a chance at a diagnosis.  It sounds like someone has already started  the process so I suggest you continue.

Systemic illness: You have a systemic disease. With this many signs and symptoms, you could have acute Lyme disease, viral Illness, the blood sugar abnormalities of diabetes. Please see your family doctor to make sure it isn't something serious.

Possibly serious: The dizziness, lightheadedness and double vision could all be related to elevated blood pressure and/or blood sugar associated with your pregnancy.
