i'm a 29 year old male. i have a small lump under my armpit. (on both arms). it hurts only when i press on it. duration 2 weeks?

: The lumps are likely lymph nodes. If they are not getting bigger, it is likely ok but to be certain that is what you are feeling, you should see your doctor. The fact that they are in both armpits and especially if they are the same size leans toward lymph nodes. If they start getting bigger or if they increase in pain, definitely see your doctor. Armpit lump.: Generally, this would be one of three things: (1) impacted hair follicle, (2) lymph node, or (3) Hidradenitis.  The first two issues are fairly benign and would respond to just time and perhaps warm soaks - they'd be about the size of a pea.  Hidradenitis is more dramatic and larger in scale in the armpit - this could be a rather significant bacterial infection.

Many possibilities: While i recommend that you see a doc to be checked, sometimes the glands in our armpits can become irritated, inflamed and/or infected. Sometimes we use antibiotics, warm compresses and sometimes you need to have them lanced. For definite treatment however your doc needs to see what he is dealing with. Good luck.

i have a lump under armpit unnoticeable untill recently it almost just tore apart like a small cut and hurts im scared. sticky hurts to move arm help?

Abscess: Sounds like you had an abscess rupture. Pus drains from the wound, it may have an odor. Wash the area with soap and clean water daily. Apply hot towels or use a heating pad for 20-30 min 6 times a day. Keep some gauze bandages over the wound during the day. If the area around the abscess is red, tender, and getting worse seek medical attention. Sometimes you will need an antibiotic. Good Luck.

Skin: Your description lacks details and in dermatology really have visually see lesion. Probably not cancerous but see dr, who can diagnose. May be infected hair follicle oe sweat gland. Early abscess to consider.

Hmmm...: It could be a benign lymph node, but if soft, smooth and painless, probably a lipoma, a benign little "tumor" of fat under the skin. They are of no consequence unless they grow big enough to be seen or be in the way, then people often have them removed. If it grows bigger, gets hard, firm tender or red, talk to his doc.
