i have a stent in lad artery. bp high recently.  chest pain &nausea the last couple of days.  do i wait for app't next month or go to clinic?

Emergency room: If chest pain is coming from blocked artery, the time to get attention is now, in order to limit damage to the heart.  

Many other things can cause pain, and if the first assessment says the heart is not in immediate danger, there is time to assess more possibilities.  Most worrisome symptoms often increase with exertion.

never had these symptoms but recently spotted for a couple of days with nausea, mood swings and mild cramping. started period this morning. pregnant?

Did you MISS period?: If your days of spotting were SUPPOSED to be your period then, you've essentially missed, right?  You are eligible to purchase yourself a home pregnancy test, read the instructions, and apply the test.  If negative try again in 1 week if no regular mense has started by then. You should immediately STOP all tobacco, alcohol, and talk to your doctor about stopping medications if taking any. Be well.

the last couple of days when i'm exercising i would get very bad nausea.. is this normal?

No: It's not normal ! One possibility is your blood sugar drops , make sure your not starving before hitting the gym ...

Related or not?: There are lots of possibilities here, all of which can be addressed by a physical exam and appropriate testing. Migraines for example can affect both head and gut ("intestinal migraine"). Please however don't contribute to your stomach upset by taking excessive nsaid's aimed at alleviating head ache.  Get checked to rule out more esoteric pathology.

for a couple of days now i woke up with a mild headache that lasted all day. today i also woke up with nausea. could this be from anxiety and stress?

Yes: Are you getting restful sleep? Are you sleeping 7-8 hours nightly? Are you drinking enough fluids? Are you getting regular exercise? Are there foods that bother your stomach, and do you eat them close to your bedtime? Have you had these headaches before, and what did you do that successfully cleared them up? Hope that helps.

Possibly: An overproduction of a hormone called prostaglandin can cause nausea and diarrhea but usually only occurs a few days before your cycle.  Another concern is the new appearance of symptoms.  Another thing to consider, have you changed birth control lately?  Some pills or options are worse than others about nausea.

Entirely possibiles: I wouldn't be surprised. Sex 2 weeks after your period would be right around the time you could expect to ovulate. You need a pregnancy test.

hello... i notice within the last couple of months.. i get nausea before i come on my menstrual cycle and also during ovulation. i have no kids yet?

I would try: To dissociate the nausea from the cycle lest you develop a psychologic connection which gets you nauseated.  You have gone your whole life, just about, without those symptoms.   The nausea will not prevent you from having children nor is what you describe indicative of a disease process.  Make an appt with your doc if it is an issue that continues to give you problems, good luck.

Sure: Had unprotected sex, could be pregnant, with or without nausea. Missed your period? Get a urine test kit; see your doc.

really scary episode of sudden severe nausea and so hot im covered in sweat then the feeling fainting and then freezing cold all in a 3minute period. then very. weak afterwards. happened a couple times over the last. coupje months  what could it be?

Among others: Hypoglycemia or low blood sugar can cause similar symptoms. Make sure you mention your symptoms to your doc as work up may be needed. Circumstances around which these episodes happen will be extremely important and keeping a log of events will help.
