They will check your meds and adjust them to help you regain control faster.   You might need to be admitted for inpatient while they do this.   In the meantime, sleep as much as you can, as this is one of the best and fastest ways to reconstitute moods.

It is preferred that you seek medical care if not improving or there is worsening of the situation or if you should have fever. Rest and deliberate deep breadth is important as you wait for improvement.

Stretch your muscles: If you are not used to running very hard and then ran after your nephew it is possible that you tore some of the muscle fibers in the leg. That will result in tenderness and soreness that will last for several weeks. Try to stretch out and that should help alleviate the pain. Next time warm up before you chase the youngster.
