since morning i have pain inside my left eye corner , its a sharp pain which comes if i do anything with my mouth like say getting in the saliva or ju?

every now and then, saliva will sort of creep out the corner of my mouth. im not drooling but i can feel it just inside where my lips meet. can feel a little bit more saliva in my mouth than normal. what could cause this?

: Dehydration lowers salvia production. So not that.  Keep a saliva diary and share with your Dr.

i have a lot of saliva when i sleep and a red patch on the corner of my lips for 2 months which looks like angular cheilitis. would it help to wash it with anti-bacteria soap and apply hydrocortisone cream to it? or better another otc? how often?

: Washing it with harsh antibacterial soaps can actually irritate it more. Use a moisturizing soap. Using the OTC hydrocortisone cream 2-3 times a day is a good idea to reduce the inflammation.  You also may want to try plain old Vaseline in the involved areas at night to prevent further damage/ irritation.

was in crowd for a party, choked on his drink when he talked and drops of his saliva fell in the corner of my eye. can you get meningitis this way?

Improbable: Are you saying a man sick with meningitis was at a party and drinking alcohol? And you think you can get meningitis this way?  Your scenario is so unfathomable that I am not sure what you are worrying about.  Was he ill? Did he have a fever? Do you feel ill? Do you have a fever?

Head injury: If you did not get knocked out or have evdidence for skull fracture and you are not on blood thinner, your risk for intracranial injury is small. The symptoms you are experiencing are explainable by injury. Observation prudent, however, if you would have worsening headache or vomiting repeatedly get checked. You can expect some symptoms even up to a week.

Normal pigmentation: Common area for pigment changes. As long as the skin is healthy not much one can do to change skin color. There are some creams that temporarily lighten tone, most contain hydroquinone.  Use sun block on the corners so they don't get darker.

You need : a competent dermatologist to handle your case, I am not sure what kind of medications you used, may still not be the right ones, you need to be rightfully diagnosed first, good luck
