Lots of maybes: This kind of aching could be nothing but there are inflammatory conditions that could be the cause. Ok to watch if not progressive and spreading to other areas.Try NSAID cautiously to see if benefits it. If worsens see your pcp for exam and labs.

Biceps: Having equal pain in both biceps concurrently would tend to indicate some irratative activity. Think about what has changed recently in either what u do or how u do it. If trial with gentle stretch , ice , NSAIDs don't improve things u should be seen.

so basically a month ago i woke up with a sore arm which was weird since i didn't work out my arm at all. and after my soreness went away my arm and wrist was weak. and now i am unable to contract my bicep muscle i do not know why.  please help me.

See a specialist: asap- preferably a sports medicine orthopedic expert  PLUS a neurologist.  Your PCP should be able to  order nerve testing and blood evaluation.

Lactic acid: Lactic acid is a byproduct of anaerobic metabolism. It's toxic to the muscles and causes the pain.

Sore muscles: When you work out, the muscles produce a byproduct, lactic acid, that will make them feel sore the next day. You can try stretching, heat, massages and some anti inflammatory medicine like Ibuprofen to try to help. Resting the muscles for a day or so after heavy workout is best. Try not to work out so heavy or for so long next time. Lighter weight and more reps are just as beneficial.

Shoudler the cause: The shoulder would  be most likely suspect. This could be shoulder bursitis or tendonitis. When you get your evaluation your shoulder will be the focus. Besides a history and examination you may need imaging such as x-ray, ultrasound .  An MRI  would be decided after these examinations.It may or  may not be necessary. Your symptoms can be improved  with exercise, physical therapy, and medication.

i guess i overtrained my biceps yesterday. very sore. outer arm soreness to. never felt this kind of sore. i looked into rhabdomyolysis. looked at symptoms the only thing that qualified me was soreness. no dark urine or swelling etc.. did i overtrain?

: It would be exceedingly very rare to ever get rhabdo myelitis from overtraining your biceps muscles. With rhabdomyolysis, it would be significant muscle soreness and significant generalized weakness and often changes in urine.

last night i was vomiting very forcefully.   right after that my muscles, particularly my biceps, became very sore.  other muscles to a lesser extent.  after 9 hours this is beginning to subside.   is the some type of lactic acid release from the vom?

Yes and no.: It's a lactic acid response, but not from the vomiting.
When we vomit, we tend to spasm the muscles in our bodies, some more than others.
Chest wall and abdominal muscles are usually the most affected.
If you "held on tight" to something during the episode, your arm muscles can be affected most.
This should clear within 48 hrs. Make sure you are hydrating well (6-7, 8oz glasses daily).
