Depends...: Smokers, Asthmatics.......have to be treated differently. Without those hx or occupational exposure to dust/fumes....you should take a course of antibiotic like Augmentin, (amoxicillin and clavulanate) Guafenasin, Antihistamin...like Loratadine, Inhaler.....albuterol inhaler 2 puffs 3-4 times a day as needed. Change your tooth brush today. Drink some orange juice ( Vit C ), chicken noodle soup.......... will be better in 24hrs

Bronchitis, asthma?: Do you smoke? This could be from asthmatic bronchitis most likely affected from cold symptoms please see your primary care provider if the wheezing or noisy breathing persist after four to five days of cold symptoms. This could be sign of sleep apnea please talk to your primary care provider regarding this.

Let's see: Do you meant that you start to wheeze and cough only when you lie down, then this lasts up to 3 hrs after standing up?  If so, this may be from acid reflux which often co-exists with asthma and makes asthma symptoms worse.  See your doctor about this.

See a doctor: Aspelone (prednisolone) is only available by prescription in the united states and for good reason. This is a powerful steroid and if used incorrectly can be very dangerous for an infant. Prospan, at best will do nothing for your baby. i had a cough since 3 weeks. i can hear my wheezing and i cough to the point where i throw up everything i eat? i have a short of breath as well. i went and i saw a doctor he said its acid reflux. is it true? how can i stop coughing at night?

: Acid reflux can cause irritation at the point where the Bronchi (tube leading to lungs) is in close proximity to the esophagus (tube leading to the stomach). This can cause the bronchi to narrow with inflammation and cause you to be short of breath/wheezing. You need to address the acid reflux in order to stop the irritation/inflammation. Take an antiacid, drink lots of water, and eat small meals
