ANS: This can be scary until you understand what is going on. This will depend on how thin you are. Probably normal. i suspect it is normal in you but Show to your Dr.

i have a lot of pressure on either side of my neck, it feels like hands pressing down making it hard to breathe and feels like veins are going to pop. it goes into my ears muffling my hearing and into my eyes, i can see my heartbeat in my eyes?

: The first thing is to see the PCP and have the Blood Pressure checked and get a good Physical Exam before proceeding further

Normal in normal kid: Normal, slim teens can see their pulse in their stomach areas when lying down, and they can feel it there too. If there are other reasons a teen is worried that she is not a normal teen, she can go see her doctor. Otherwise, she can just ask her pediatrician about the stomach pulse beat during her annual check-up. Teens should see their doctors annually for an exam and any missing vaccinations.

Not a concern.: It's very unlikely that this represents a problem. Children's hearts beat more vigorously than adults' hearts do, and their chest wall is thinner, so the pulsations of the chest are more prominent. Your pediatrician can confirm  your son's heart is normal by listening to it with a stethoscope.

No: This type symptoms and generally can mean something or can be normal in a very thin person. See a primary care doctor in person  for a specific diagnosis and treatment

Thin?: I presume you're very thin - it's not unusual to see the heartbeat (termed "the apical beat") through the chest wall in thin people. The feeling you're experiencing is not likely related.

Are you thin?: Hi. You are NOT seeing your stomach pulse. That's your aorta. And at age 20, it's not a AAA unless you have Marfan's or syphilis (which i HIGHLY suspect you do not). I suspect you are what we refer to in medicine as "the worried well". Good luck!

No: Sometimes months can be confusing or even wrong.  The real question is the size of gestation and has there been a hb earlier?  Fetal heart motion should be seen by 6 weeks, if dates accurate.  If there has been positive diagnosis of preg for 4 months and still no hb, that would be of concern.

is it possible to not see the heartbeat at 7 weeks endovaginally?

POSSIBLE: It is possible not to hear heartbeat @ 7 weeks if: wrong dates or technical difficulty. If you have no symptoms of miscarriage then a repeat ultrasound in 1-2 weeks may give you the answer.
