Heart never sleeps.: Blood flow need is dictated by the needs of various organs.  When you exercise, cardiac output increases 5 x.  However, at rest, you are still pumping blood which constantly moves blood through your vessels-even at rest.

Aorta higher, pa lower usually.
Coarctation distal to PDA cause higher aortic pressure spikes with obstruction and higher pa flow from aorta to pa  through  the pda-patent ductus arteriosus.

Yes/no: A magnetic resonance angiogram (MRA) will show the entire intracranial vasculature. However, I caution you against any half-baked forays into self-diagnosis. With respect to your symptoms, you're almost certain to be wrong. Ehlers-Danlos syndrome is a protean disease, but I doubt that your symptoms are a sign of anything serious. Show your doctor respect by letting him/her do the diagnosing.

2016 my husband had 2 widow makers and pulled through, he went today because his blood pressure started staying up again,the doctor listened to his abdominal area and stated that he could hear his arteries hardening, what is that supposed to mean?!!!

No clue: Probably the doctor wanted to describe atherosclerosis, hardening of blood vessels, at any rate , his blood pressure needs attention, stop smoking if he is , watch diet, check lipid profile, take lipid lowering medications / other medications as prescribed, walk / exercise if possible, see his cardiologist too for assessment, wish you and your husband wellness

One of the more: common manifestations of thinning of bone surrounding the balance membrane/semicircular canal is superior semicircular canal dehiscence.  It is estimated that perhaps 2% of people have this. If present, this may cause you to perceive/hear blood flow. The only treatment that might help is surgical--resurfacing the canal or plugging it. This requires consultation with a specialized ENT surgeon.
