Epicondylitis: You may have a condition called medial epicondylitis also known as golfers elbow. This is similar to tennis elbow but occurs on the inside if the elbow. It usually is painful with movement and can sometimes be painful with wrist motion. Contrary to its name it often has nothing to do with golf. If it's associated with numbness and tingling you may also have irritation of the ulnar nerve.

i have really bad anxiety but recently i can't shake the feeling like i'm about to have a heart attack because my left arm hurts to touch and move and sometimes my left breast hurts what should i do?

New onset?: Do you have a pattern of getting really anxious about your health or even minor symptoms? If yes, seeing a therapist might help. However if you are suffering from significant pain of unknown cause than medical assessment may help to figure out what is going on.

RICE= rest, ice, co-: Mpression with a bandage and elevate the side to get rid of the swelling. Nsaid's help to relieve pain ; swelling. After 3-5 days using a heating pad, which helps to relieve pain, discomfort.
Massage ;/or therapy can be helpful as well.

Can be: You may be thinking of the referred pain to one's left arm as a sign of a heart attack?  This typically is not in 26 y/o females, but if you have chest heaviness and shortness of breath, by all means go to your local emergency room.

Unlikely: But what's going on?
Some pain after sports is not that unusual
but, why can't you move it
is it neurological, instability or inflammation
i think you need an exam to evaluate your problem.

Tendinitis or strain: If you are very active and lift a lot, or if you're engaged in sports, you can develop muscle strain in your forearm.  It could also be tendinitis in your forearm, which often occurs near your elbow (as in tennis elbow) or on your inner wrist or in other areas.  Take medicines like Advil or Aleve, (naproxen) apply heat and rest it for a few days.  If it doesn't improve see your doctor for further evaluation.

If you can move: your hand/wrist/elbow/shoulder without anything but some mild pain..and there is no severe bruising, swelling or deformity chances are the pain is from simple contusion(s) (mild bruises) where you hit por tried to "break your fall"  APPLY ICE   ELEVATE and REST (RICE) first 48-36 hours then HOT MOIST PACKS!

More info: Check to see if there is any discoloration to suggest a muscle bruise or mild inflammation. Other possibilities include a mild muscle strain or early tendonitis.

Exam needed: Having a lump on a body part is best examined in person. It can be several entities including a fatty collection, oil gland, nerve or muscle lesion. Best advice is to see your doctor for a complete history and exam. Good luck.
