Possibly flushing: This could simply be flushing, or blushing, some people seem to do this more in their ears.  If it is painful for a while, you could be showing signs of relapsing polychondritis.  This sometimes shows up in the throat as well.  Different areas of cartilage can become inflamed for no apparent reason in this disease.  If this is happening, see an ENT or a rheumatologist

Silvadene (silver sulfadiazine) not needed: Silvadene (silver sulfadiazine) contains a silver salt that reduces bacterial growth. Its used on severe burns and wounds to reduce infection. Its not needed for chapped lips, which is what your condition sounds like. Regular lip balm will work fine, and don't lick your lips. That will make things worse. You'll feel better in a couple days.

Red hot cheeks: Use virgin coconut oil applied 3-4  times daily. It my take up to 3-4 weeks to work. Propanolol could possibly also give you a red face.

Vasodilation: The outer ear or pinna has a rich blood supply and sometimes, the nerves that dilate (expand) those blood vessels (branches of the vagus nerve) become activated and the blood vessels dilate and give a red color to the pinna and a warm feeling.  It is of no clinical significance.

Get to a dentist: Cold may help relieve some of the acute symptoms but you really need a dental evaluation and treatment plan ASAP to address the root cause of your symptoms.

Internal derangement: Your symptoms may indicate an injury to the knee joint.  Pain associated with a twisting mechanism that resolves in a few weeks with no instability, but worsens with a deep knee bend is more suspicious for cartilage, meniscus injury or even a bone bruise.  If associated swelling, decreased function or symptoms continue, imaging beginning with a regular x-ray then MRI would be appropriate.

So,there's something: Anxiety is not the cause of.  I was beginning to think one could blame the '08 financial crisis on it and Climate Change too! Actually, anxiety may have a role, but not in the way that means you should ignore it. It's possibly a type of hives and in the mouth area, you probably need to watch it for spreading or getting worse - if it even begins to, get to an ER. Take a benadryl (diphenhydramine) and pay attention.

am using oratane. next to my lip thetr is redness for a week now. whay should i do. sun burn cream. i also use soothing cream?

Try : Try 1% Hydrocortisone ointment on this 3 to 4 times a day.
