See a doctor: There are many possible causes for your symptoms, including depression, anxiety, sleep apnea, thyroid disease, diabetes with nocturnal hypoglycemia, medications, illicit drugs, alcohol, menopause, infectious diseases such as TB or hiv, and cancers such as lymphoma or leukemia. It would require a detailed history and physical exam along with some tests. Please see a doctor to sort things out.

Avoid caffeinated beverages few hours before sleep time, have enough rest, may use some sleeping pills or melatonin, if nothing helps see your doctor or find another job, good luck

Too common: Enigmatic hypersomnia (idiopathic) is seen in young women sometimes without clear cause.  In the majority of the young ladies I have seen with this, the condition almost always improves within a few years.  Worth seeing a doctor who specializes in sleep medicine nonetheless to make sure no other reason and to discuss treatment options.

Less adrenaline: While you are sleeping, you have much lower level of adrenaline, thus , making hotflushes more likely to happen during the night/sleeping time. High adrenaline suppresses the hotflushes!
it is very rare for a female to experience a bad hotflush during intense/extrenuous exercises.

Environment : I would guess it has to do with the temperature of the room or amount of blankets you use. Either that or your circadian rhythm is goofed up.
