can it be normal for your penis tip to have slight irritation after ejacuation? had a urine urinalysis it all said negative but some times after i pee , it has a weird feeling at the inside of the tip like a itch feel that doesn't last long?

i've seen 2 urologists and both have done urine culture and urinalysis. neither one can fond out why after peeing i get a  weird feeling. it seems to come when i'm st work and sweat alot. could sweat be causing urethra irritation?
