Maybe: Amoxicillin and Meloxicam together may increase blood levels of the other, so if you are at higher doses of either drug, you may be more likely to have side effects. All drugs have side effects, so your final check should be with the doctor giving you the prescriptions and your pharmacist.

to follow up on dr. heip le question. my wife takes the following pills. keppra (for epilepsy), loratadine(for allergies), baclofen,turmeric, meloxicam, cyclobenzaprine, and magnesium pills to try to help stop the muscle spasms i be having?

: Your wife is not taking any medication which I mentioned in the previous comment. 
Does she take Baclofen, Cyclobenzaprine, Turmeric, Meloxicam and Magnesium just for the cramping? That means she was already evaluated by a doctor. What's his (her) thought about the cause?
Except Keppra, I would advise to stop the above med one by one, especially Meloxicam which can can cause gastroduodenal ulcer.

Yes: Yes you can split the felxaril tablet if you need to but take the medication as prescribed by your physician. If you make or want to make any medication changes discuss it with your physician.

Yes you can: Trazadone should be taken as prescribed.  Adding cyclobenzapine at 10 mg will be sedating in combination, and may be equally efficacious at 5mg.  Meloxicam is typically taken on a regular basis, with food.   Try taking your Meloxicam in the morning, and use Acetaminophen  at night.  Incidentally, poor sleep can affect your testosterone levels and your risk of injury from sport.  Take care.

Unknown: I can't find any studies or reports regarding smoking cyclobenzaprine.  If the heat does not alter the medication, it will be absorbed into your blood stream quicker than orally and potentially cause muscle relaxation, including lung muscles (stopping breathing).  There are other ingredients in the tablet that would also be inhaled, and their effect would be unknown.

Ask pharmacist: Flexeril (cyclobenzaprine hcl) typically comes in 5 or 10 mg tablets. Solid white tablets that are scored (have a line through the center to show where to cut) can be split. A pill cutter can make this easier.

Nyquil used: To contain alcohol.  But ask your doctor who prescribed the flexeril (cyclobenzaprine hcl).
