i have mucas coming out of my rectum/perineum.  i am healing from a perineal tear.  does this indicate healing is happening?

Glands: Mucous is typically secreted by the mucous glands in the area. If there is a tear then the glands can produce more mucous which could potentially help protect the area from further damage and therefore potentially speed up healing.

my mom cheated on my dad.i am healing from trauma syndrome than 5 years ago in first time was so awful trauma but i still can't forget the cheating. my mom treat me bad and i don't deserve that because i have never told my whole family about cheating?

: You may still need to see a psychologist because you have not completely healed yet. In general, FORGIVE, if you can, is always a good medicine to anybody's mistake per my knowledge. Good luck.

can i continue to wear contacts while i am healing from a corneal abrasion?

No: An abrasion on the cornea is a site of potential infection so it's a good idea not to irritate the cornea further with a contact lens.  Sometime we need to place a bandage contact lens for very large or recurrent abrasions but we follow the patient closely and add antibiotic drops.  What for clearance from your ophthalmologist before going back to contacts.

septoplasty on 9/25. dr. says i am healing well. i am sneezing more than usual, though. any mucus is clear. why would i be sneezing so much?

Sneezing: Your nasal passages may be dry or irritated. You may also have enhanced nasal passages that are experiencing much more exposure to allergens. Keep nose moist and adjust your allergy medication and you will see normalization.

I think so: When jam your finger, you could tear a ligament or break a bone or damage the cartilage that could to permanent stiffness..

Safe if monitored : May be the only drug effective at treating severe nodulocystic acne which causes severe scarring. Isotretinoin is safe if monitored carefully by a qualified physician or dermatologist.

i'm taking a second round of diflucan for yeast infection (third pill). how can i determine if i am healing because the yeast is still there but it is not as bad as a week ago??

: Yeast infections are notoriously difficult to eradicate as there is a lot of drug resistance in the yeast organisms. Continued treatment is the correct answer, and you can tell you are healing if over time the infection is less and less. It may take several weeks or more.

i am healing from skin burns caused by antiseptic (savlon), what to do to speed up recovery?

Depends on how deep : Of course I am assuming the offending material has been well washed off. Redness, like a sunburn, can often be treated with a mild steroid. Blistering may require a burn cream. Third degree might require surgery. Best to see a dermatologist or plastic surgeon in person for a true evaluation and plan.

Healing: If by healing you mean you had surgery, what your are experiencing is normal.  You will have some mucus and it is normal.  See your surgeon.
