See a urologist: I would recommend that you see a urologist for an evaluation and hormonal testing. If your testosterone is low at your age, then sleep apnea has to be ruled at least by a home sleep study. If you. Have sleep apnea and it is treated, then your mood is likely to lift. If it doesn't however, then see a psychiatrist for evaluation and meds, and a psychologist for therapy. Best wishes for a firmer one!

Get checked.: What we crave often has nothing to do with what our body really needs. If you are worried about iron deficiency, get a check-up by your doc who can order a simple blood test to see if you have an iron deficiency.

Low T symptoms: Your doctor will obtain lab studies: total and free testosterone. If the latter is low a supplement may be recommended.  If the levels are essentially normal then your doctor will pursue other avenues for the cause of your symptoms; perhaps low thyroid for example.

Tylenol (acetaminophen) OK: It's perfectly fine to take tylenol (acetaminophen) if you are taking aspirin, and short term would be ok to take some Ibuprofen although you don't want to be mixing nsaid's long term as it can lead to a lot of GI upset. Make sure to rest more and drink plenty of fluids.

Goals: You don't have to feel like doing something in order to do it. Try to set small, attainable goals. People often get overwhelmed if they think too big. If you think you should be going for a mile long walk but can't motivate to do it, change your goal. Plan to walk to the mailbox.  Then plan to walk an extra step the next day. Take credit for doing the little things.
