Enlargement: There are currently no acceptable medications or methods to enlarge a penis size.  Surgery comes with complications, little benefit, and is not approved in this country.

No: There is variation in the size of penis, as with other body features. It is how to approach and treat your partner that is more important than your size.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

penis feels hard and stiff when flaccid. it hurts when i get erection. when lie down its soft. anyone heard of hard flaccid syndrome. i also noticed one of my veins pulse on the shaft of my penis. is a doppler needed ? is it scar tissue?

: Peyronie's disease would be a consideration. A urologist is best to consult for evaluation and advice.

Interesting: Could be due to an area of weakness in casing of the erectile rods (tunica albuginea of penis). Consultation with urologist &/or treatment would depend upon size of lump &/or if it continues to enlarge or it is or becomes painful or uncomfortable.

As a male matures the burst of hormones that triggered puberty settles &amp; these occur less often &amp; mostly in sleep. Why someone would post the idea normal men get erections throughout the day is not clear. Some have an odd sense of humor.
