Asking for Guessing: Unfortunately any answer here with this question would be pure speculation. Your OB will give you the most valid answer. The guide we use is that the earliest ultrasounds are the most accurate for dating purposes.

Dating: 4 weeks ago. Dating is from the first day of your last period. It is approximately two weeks from the first day of your last period that you ovulated. You conceive after/when you have ovulated.

when did I conceive: Yes. Most likely you conceived when you were ovulating in september. That is unless the period in august was not usual and was early.

About 1/10-1/12: With those numbers, the conception date is around january 10-12 (there is no way to know  the exact conception date if conception was natural).

Vaginal U/S: If you were "six weeks" by U/S measurement on the 30th of June, you conceived on or about the first of June. The gestational cycle is 40 weeks, and it is counted from the first day of your last period, but conception technically begins at the time of ovulation, which is two weeks in general after the start of your period.

4 weeks ago : This is strange but pregnancy is calculated from the date of your last period so you are considered 2 weeks pregnant the day you conceive! So if you conceived 4 weeks ago they will say you are 6 weeks pregnant. I know it's weird so you may want to confirm this with the person who did the ultrasound but that would be the standard interpretation.

Early: A pregnancy test will be positive as early as 1 day after a missed period. A transvaginal untrasound can detect a fetal heartbeat with very high accuracy as early as 6- 7 weeks. If your dates are off and you are actually less than 6 weeks pregnant, it is possible that the heartbeat will not be detected until next week.

About 4 weeks ago. : When we say you are 6 weeks, we are counting from the first day of your last period. Before we knew how everything worked, that was the only thing we could use. Now we understand that ovulation occurs two weeks later. Conception would occur at that time. To be precise, cycle day 1 is the first day of your period .  Most women ovulate on cycle  day 14.  Your fertile days are cycle days 10-16.
