4 weeks ago : This is strange but pregnancy is calculated from the date of your last period so you are considered 2 weeks pregnant the day you conceive! So if you conceived 4 weeks ago they will say you are 6 weeks pregnant. I know it's weird so you may want to confirm this with the person who did the ultrasound but that would be the standard interpretation.
