Get checked: Maybe stomach but "stomach pain" can be caused by lots of things & may indeed originate outside the GI tract. Further evaluation is in order before anyone can answer "what to do."  your doctor will want to re-examine you as well as know the quality, timing, duration, location, & associations (eating, position, activity, stooling, urinating) of your pain to better direct the next appropriate test.

Yes...: Irritable bowel syndrome (ibs) is a very common functional bowel disorder.  It causes abdominal pain and cramps most commonly in the left lower abdomen.  It can be associated with altered bowel habits - constipation or diarrhea or both.  Abdominal bloating and gas are common complaints.  Triggers include stress, foods eg. Caffeine and fried foods. im straining to push poop out,& afterward say nothing comes out but i feel lower back pain & some random stomach pain like pokes or pinches why is that?im not constipated because i went to toliet in morning.i do see mucus and gets cramps. no blood?

Constipation: At your age, without other symptoms, it seems this is constipation  related. Increase fluid to 8, 8oz glasses of water daily. Take 2 tablespoons full of miralax in 8oz water/juice daily. For a few days, take 2 x 5mg dulcolax daily then see if miralax alone is satisfactory. Add fiber foods to your diet or supplement with Metamucil or citrucel if needed.review any meds you take for GI effects.

: There are many reasons for stomach pain. Try general measures like eating fresh food, avoid constipation local heat and do light exercise. If not better in a few days see your MD for no Rx can be prescribed without a good evaluation.

Functional issues...: Assuming that you have not had bariatric surgery and that you are not pregnant, the symptoms sound functional - conditions such as chalasia, achalasia, gastroparesis and functional gastric outlet obstruction need to be considered. Often a modified pharyngo-esophagram with gastric and small bowel follow-through will provide information complementary to the upper GI endoscopy already completed.

Could be ulcer: Epigastric pain which is the tip of your stomach could mean either ulcer or gastritis
stay on liquid or light diet take either Prilosec or zantac (ranitidine) from over the counter with some anti acid make sure your bowels moving ok no constipation 
if your symptoms does not improve your doctor should referred you for upper endoscopy  
it could be your gallbladder as well
your doctor could determined that.
