Absolutely: Nobody gets their "yearly" cold. And it never should come at the same time. What you believe to be a cold is almost certainly your allergies manifesting as plugged nose, runny nose, cough, headaches, fatigue, aches and pains. Unless you have fevers/chills, this is almost certainly your allergy symptoms. It would be best to see an allergy specialist for testing to know exactly what u r allergic to.

Of course: There are lots of reasons for indoor allergies - pets, dust, mites, mold, mildew. If you notice a difference when you are out of your house, then you might want to go through your house to remove allergens and have the a/c ducts cleaned out.

what would happen if year round grass allergy is not treated, and you get nose symptoms all the time?

Symptoms continue: Usually grass allergy is seasonal. Year-round symptoms usually suggest environmental allergy as well. You should be evaluated for that possibility.

my 3 year old has been getting frequent colds since august. one of the drs she seen says its allergies but she almost every time has a fever. shell play outside and by the end of the night or next day shes coughing non stop and runny nose?

: Children may have frequent upper respiratory tract infections, which typically improve within one week. The fever should resolve within 48 hours. Several possibles: There are several possibilities for bad odors. First, are you certain it's your sputum that has the odor. I'd ramp up my oral hygiene including flossing, gargle to loosen any food particles stuck in throat, use a Neti Pot to rinse your sinuses daily, and see if these improve things in the next 2 weeks. No smoking or tobacco products. Breath mints ok as long as sugarless (less bacterial growth).

It : It sounds like you may be dealing with chronic sinusitis and/or enlarged turbinates (bony projections inside your nose) enlarged turbinates are often the cause of severe congestion and sinus headaches. Your primary should refer you to an ENT (ear, nose and throat) specialist for an evaluation and work up. You will likely need a ct scan of your sinuses. Depending on the results you may need a surgery, which should be curative. 
In the meantime, buy a sinus rinse kit or a netty pot, use this daily along with a daily allergy medication. As far as sudafed goes, you can try sudafed pe which has less chances of increasing your heart rate.

Keep the scan well lubricated and if a persistent problem try to get a prescription for a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agent.: Keep in the scan well lubricated is overall the best therapy for eczema. You must be careful in using steroid creams on the face, because they tend to thin the skin. Talk to your doctor about the use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory creams for the face.

Not cloth: There isn't a lot of information out about using cloth masks specifically with COVID-19, but data from studies done on other respiratory infections, cloth masks can actually be worse than not wearing any at all. If you are a population at risk, the best thing you can do is stay home.

Molds?: I assume that you live in the Northeast and for that area, ragweed is likely the cause.  On the other hand, pollen count reflects only the exposure within a short distance from the counting station and thus may not actually reflect your own exposure.  Other possibilities- Mold counts are also high in the fall (b) you may have become allergic to new allergens.

Gelatin allergy: Gelatin, animal-derived protein containing high levels of collagen, is sometimes used as a dietary supplement for joint and arthritic conditions.  Taken orally, gelatin can cause indigestion, bloating, heartburn and gas.  This is due to a food intolerance, not a true allergy. Rarely, people can have an anaphylactic reaction to gelatin found in certain vaccines, such as the mmr, dtap and varicella.
