how does one combat obesity when you have hypothyroidism?

Same ways but harder: Hypothyroidism slows down metabolism and makes losing weight more difficult; however, the strategies are still the same.  Ultimately decreasing calories in (food) and increasing calories out (exercise) will result in weight loss.  Consider a support group or program to help keep you motivated as hypothyroidism  can make it more difficult and at times you may feel discouraged.  Talk to your doctor.

i take medicine for hypothyroid and value remains normal with medicine,even then i  am haveing pcod,why so,i m not even obese i am 31 f unmarried ?

Not related: Hypothyroidism is a different disease than PCOS. They are not related so taking your thyroid medication is not going to impact your PCOS. PCOS does not only occur in obese patients. Many thin patients have PCOS. An Obgyn can help you with PCOS

Fatty liver: There are many possible cause of fatty liver.  If you do not have diabetes, you could still have hyperlipidemia of various types.  You need a blood lipid check, which I am sure your doctor has done.  A blood test for hypothyroidism is quick, and treatment is simple if yo have it

Need to examine: Given the multiple disorders, it would be prudent to see a doctor to exclude cellulitis. As you probably know, losing weight would do lot of good, not easy, but essential. Are you taking your medications for thyroid and hypertension, take the meds regularly.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Throbbing headache: Throbbing headache (usually associated with light bothering the eyes and upset stomach) is typical of migraine type headache; best treatment would be Imitrex (sumatriptan) (rx only). Another, much rarer concern that can be associated with obesity is "benign intracranial hypertension" due to excessive production of spinal fluid. Best to consult a physician if these symptoms continue.

obese. supposed to take metformin for pcos & synthroid (thyroxine) for hypothyroid. had severe diarrhea, so stopped taking. now can't lose any significant weight?

See your doctor: Metformin can cause diarrhea, and some people cannot take it, but most can if they work their way up slowly. Begin at just 500 mg/day, and then after a few days increase to 500 2x/day.  The body usually gets used to it.  All this requires careful management, and i recommend discussing this with your doctor.  Are you on the right dose of synthroid (thyroxine)?

my blood report showed high cholesterol triglycerides ldl along with diagnosis of hashimotos disease hypothyroidism

im not super obese
will it improve after right dosage of levothyroxine how soon can i see results in blood test?

Most likely but:: Most likely thyroid hormone will help lower cholesterol and triglycerides, but you may also benefit from liothyronine. It may take a couple months to see changes in blood tests.
