its for my sis. she has hypothyrodism. now suffers from low bp - 60 / 102, giddiness and low body temperature - 96 degree. kindly advise what to do.

Hypothyroidism: YOur sister's symptoms may suggest inadequately treated hypothyroidism.  I would definitely suggest she see her provider and check her thyroid function tests.  As well, would want to be sure she does not have an undiagnosed infection.

May be hypothyroid: If you are not very ill, which can lead to a low temperature, and the temp is below 97. 6, you may be hypothyroid. Remember, 98.6 is average, normal can be 1 degree above or below. The temperature normally goes down at night and is lowest about 4:00-6:00 A.M. About 2 hours before awakening. Then it can be as low as 97. Tsh testing will be the most sensitive test to diagnose hypothyroidism.

Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.
