Hypoglycemia is: a POSSIBILITY.  Please see your doc who can test your blood sugar an let you know.  He/she may order a glucose tolerance test.  Congratulations on cleaning up your food plan but its bet to have guidance from your doc.  When you go low carb you may need to replace them w/extra protein.  Your body is switching from using sugar for fuel to burning fat.  Peace and good health.

Bodily stress: Most diets dont work very well.  Most people lose weight on a diet but gain that weight back and sometimes even more weight when the diet is stopped.  Crash dieting puts a strain on our systems that try to keep us where we are...And that is our set point.  The best solution is not to diet but to change our behavior to small meals with the proper nutrition and exercise.

Think veggie : Rather than crash diets, it is usually best to  think of healthy food like veggies, protein, and grains. Make it a new habit of carrots, cucumbers, and celery with hummus. Learn to love and yearn for cooked peas, beans, an spinach. Simply avoid the greasy pizza, burgers, and chips. Get some good books and educate yourself.

No and yes: The more important question is how do you know that you are having hypoglycemia? True blood test verified hypoglycemia is not normal.
 In a healthy person, simple carbohydrates during and immediately after vigorous exercise will be utilized by your muscles or  used to replenish glycogen stores and shouldn't cause problems with exercise bouts exceeding 30-40 minutes.

Yes: Kidney insufficiency, electrolytes problem: low sodium, potassium, magnesium...Go see your doctor for a blood test. Stop crash dieting.

Yes: The symptoms suggest either a hyper insulin state or a genetic condition where glycogen (carbs) is not stored properly in the liver. An internist should be able to sort this out. In the interim try to focus on consuming complex carbs, not just sugar. glucagon won't help if you have no glycogen stored for it to mobilize.
