i have two vague hypoechoic solid appearing nodules(1- 6*7*4 mm) & (11*9*8 mm) within the right lobe (11mm)in ultrasound test. six months follow up ultrasound is recommended.  any risk, please advise.

Of what?: Right lobe of liver? Prostate? Kidney?  Either way, those are small lesions and i'm sure your doc is following with ct scan, not ultrasound.

Bone nodule: You know worrying never solves anything.  Your doctor is concerned enough that they want to biopsy this nodule.  So soon you will know what it is.  With knowledge comes action.  Then your doctors will have a plan, you will be able to discuss with them what the plan entails and you will be able to prepare instead of worrying. I hope everything turns out well.

i have a 2.5cm and a 1.5cm solid hypoechoic heterogeneous nodule.  wouldn't the largest one be dominant?  neither hot or cold. appt in 6mths concerned

Neurologist: These sound like nonfunctioning thyroid nodules. Usually more than one nodule indicates benign ones, but the rheumatologist is best qualified to advise and follow you and decide if and when needle biopsies are indicated.

Go for FNA: I hope you are talking about thyroid nodule. Hypoechoic or hyperechoic   how sound wave is reflecting in  thyroid tissue. Hypoechoic will have higher incidence of cancer you should have simple painless  fine needle aspiration biopsy. Even if  it is ca highly curable especially young age.Do not worry and go for it I am sure your doctor already advised  you.

Should be biopsied: thyroid nodules are extremely common, and 80% of nodules like yours are not cancer. However, once a nodule is over 1 cm, the typical recommendation is to biopsy the nodule using a fine needle. This is done in the office. You can have it done by an ear nose and throat doctor or a surgeon. Some surgeons specialize in thyroids too.

Not enough info: I'm not sure of the question.  Is this from a breast ultrasound?  Specific ultrasound features of the nodule, combined with mammographic and physical exam findings,  will help determine whether this nodule should be biopsied, or followed up at 6 month intervals.

Observe: As i mentioned you should see a thyroidologist to determine if the nodule appears benign. If so perhaps a repeat ultrasound as well as thyroid blood tests to determine why the gland is enlarged.

No : 3 mm is very small. Even if you have more it would not change anything. The only thing you need is to have another ultrasound in the future (1yr) and see if anything changes.

Maybe??: You don't say where it is but microcalcifications is not a good sign. What you need is a needle biopsy under fluoroscopic guidance to make sure they look closely at that tissue.

i have a 57x37x56 nodule on my thyroid. it is solid and hetergenously hypoechoic and is hypervascular at the periphery of the lesion. is it cancerous?

Suspicious: Your nodule is significant in size. I would recommend you to get a biopsy done to the nodule to rule out cancer.
