Uterine mass ?: The dimensions of a "mass on the anterior myometrial wall" is basically a one inch diameter "fibroid" noted on ultrasound, and has very little of significance related to fertility issues.  "Fibroids" are benign smooth muscle tumors, and on the exterior wall of the uterus, do not interfere with pregnancy or fertility. Ask your gyn about a hysterosalpingogram, which deals with tubal obstruction.

Need to know organ.: In which organ of the groin (skin? cervix? uterus?) was the lobulated hypoechoic mass found? Usually, hypoechoic means that it's fluid-filled, ie, a cyst of some sort. Lobulated means that rather than being spherical or ovoid in shape, it seems to have two different lobes ("Mickey Mouse ears" in appearance). Some organs are prone to forming cysts; others don't (in which case it's more worrisome).

: Could be and if I could see, talk to her and examine her and see echo would help. Why was echo done.  Could be a phyobeozar as well or a bunch of worms in gut from what you are telling me. Is it in liver or kidney or gut or what?

It depends: I am not necessarily worried it may turn in to cancer but rather that the biopsy did not sample the tissue in that mass that is malignant. If the mammogram is very worrisome for cancer but the FNAB gave those results then your doctor may consider rebiopsy. Keep in mind FNA biopsy is less reliable than core-needle biopsy

Not necessarily. : A thyroid mass is most often benign. In the work up a blood test is needed to see if there is hyper-function. A nuclear scan of the thyroid will show if it is cold or hot. Hot nodules are benign. Cold nodule are &gt;80% benign.   A needle biopsy of a cold nodule is needed to establish the diagnosis. Most often these are colloid nodules or thyroid cyst. Risk of cancer varies from 5-15%

The ultrasound: report should provide an impression of what this mass might be. A large lymph node, cyst, lipoma, or hernia are possibilities.
