i have a hypodermic needle broke off under my skin. i could see it the whole shape of it  and feel it poking. will my body naturally work it out ?

No better to get: it removed, it may not cause enough inflammation to cause it to work itself out.

Remote: Were you wearing shoes? If yes, there is no risk. Unless you have neuropathy, you would feel a needle pierce your skin.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

large volume: of air can be quite harmful. Tiny amounts of air - not so.

Rarely: After injection with a fine hypodermic needle, there may be a small spot of hemorrhage.  Usually, however, there is little sign of injection by two weeks out.

The pharmacy has it: For intramuscular injection the thinnest needle that will not clog is about a 22 guage. 
You can also take B12 liquid under the tongue (need to hold it there for 30 seconds) or take little pills that dissolve under the tongue.

I don't know: I don't know, john.  Technically, every person who is alive will die someday, yes.  But unless you have been diagnosed with some untreatable illness, then no, you are not actively dying.
If this is something you worry about a lot, mention it to one of your parents, a close adult friend, or a school counselor.  A lot of people have these kinds of worries and you can get help to not worry so much.
