Eat what you want: A colloid nodule is a non-problem and I'm sorry anybody has made you worry in the first place, let alone try to sell you diet restrictions. Talk again with your physicain about your bump, and eat sensibly.

Benign thyroid issue: It is a benign mass in the thyroid which contains come thick fluid. It has to be distinguished from cancer. Your doctor can do that for you.

Do not know: You need to discuss the possibilities with your doctor.  Please review the radiologist's ultrasound report as well.  Given its size, it may be something to follow up on, since biopsy may be difficult (if even necessary depending on us appearance).

Colloid nodules: Are generally benign, but if you've had an ultrasound and biopsy you should have a good idea of what your nodule is already. Generally no surgery is needed or recommended. Make sure your thyroid replacement is brand name T4 and that your levels are kept normal. Repeat ultrasound at intervals.

Nodule: A colloid nodule of the thyroid is a benign growth that doesn't turn cancerous. I'm unsure if a thyroid ultrasound test alone can be sure that the nodule is a colloid one and whether a fine needle biopsy is needed for definitive diagnosis. For this reason I recommend consulting an endocrinologist or head and neck surgeon for advice, followup  and peace of mind.

Different test: Grave's disease consists of certain clinical features plus the presence of positive anti-thyroid antibodies. None of your tests are diagnostic of this condition.

Follicular  cells: It means it was probably a thyroid biopsy but need to be sure before commenting further. Discuss with the Dr who did the biopsy. Knows you best.
