good day, i am having trouble with infections around the for skin and was wondering if adult circumsition would be a solution, as i take great care in hygiene in the area and still infections accur frequently.

Can see urologist: Decisions may also depend on whether the foreskin is tight or goes back and forth easily (it should normally go back and forth easily). A person who is planning to get a circumcision can get another opinion to see what else can be done besides cutting off all the foreskin. As the old saying goes, "There's more than one way to skin a cat."

could cold sores appear on the tongue in a healthy young adult due to poor hygiene?

Not usually: Only one "cold sore" type can appear on the tongue, and that is herpes. As this is a virus, something has to set it off or allow it to occur. If your poor hygiene is a reflection of you being run-down and your immune system being weakened, then it is possible. i have adult acne.  i use good hygiene, eat healthy, and exercise.  is there anything else (or more specific) i can do with my lifestyle to reduce it?

You are what you eat: In my practice there are two big causes of adult acne. One being hormone balance, and the second being dietary. Hormone balance can be tricky, but if you are a woman, you can talk to your gynecologist about hormone balance. As for diet, you should look to remove processed foods, chemicals, additives and other hormones in foods that you eat. Foods can cause an increase in inflammation of your skin.

No: It won't result in incontinence, but you would have to be very careful to prevent rashes.

i had utis my whole adult life, but since last year i had 2 kidney infections. my hygiene is good, but i am prone to anemia. i have noticed the infection symptoms occurred a few days after my period. could the anemia play a role?

: If your anemia is the common iron deficiency anemia that many menstruating females get , then your urinary tract infections are probably unrelated to your anemia.

You can't : Dementia is a horrible illness which slowly (or rapidly) removes the victims ability to understand and communicate. The best you can do is be supportive.
