: No data on that-using peroxide. Depends on if you have herpes or not.  Discuss with local Drs and to to CDC.gov and read all about it. Can be transmitted by kissing as well. I would also discuss with  your partner.

: Interaction of both mouthwashes causing a white film .The canker sore will go away in 4-7 days. If a lot of pain have pharmacist make up a solution of Debactrol or have a dentist use a soft tissue laser on it.

My burn some: Hydrogen peroxide will actually convert to water after it released its oxygen.The teeth whitening products will burn a bit going down if you swallow some but other than transiently irritating the tissue should cause no long term problem.

Otitis externa: It could be infected and may need antibiotic ear drops. In many cases, chronic otitis externa is an eczematous condition that responds to other ear drops that can be prescribed. See ENT.

No!: Tinea versicolor is a fungal infection. We see it commonly in florida, where people may share beach towels. Although many fungal creams can be applied, an effective and economical alternative is dandruff shampoo (e.g. Head and shoulders). Skin conditions can have many presentations, so be sure you have the correct diagnosis.

No: You can use vaseline on the wounds. See your dermatologist to make sure the wounds heal properly.

Not really: First why are you using peroxide to rinse your mouth?  Is there a specific problem that needs attention?
If you are rinsing  as a routine thing always remember to dilute peroxide.  Use half water and half peroxide.
As for eating afterwards, there si not problem with this.
