Pain killers: Pain killers will NOT cure an infected tooth.  The fact that you'real looking to increase pain Meds means infection is spreading and worsening.  See a Dentist ASAP for appropriate treatment.  Toothache is not like headache...it won't go away.

Hydrocodone 20 hrs: In general, 97% of a 10mg dose of hydrocodone would be eliminated after 20 hours.  In addition, 97% of 325mg of acetaminophen would be eliminated after 15 hours.  This applies to a healthy person with normal kidney and liver function.  Each urine drug test has a different lower limit of detection.  Some detect drug metabolites of the hydrocodone, such as hydromorphone which lasts 2-4 days.
