If there is no open : Sore or stitches and it wasn't traumatized in last 24-48 hours should be ok.

i am currently taking acetominophen with codeine 300 mg for a hurt foot and it has caused some itching. not horrible, just annoying. is this normal?

Benign side effect: Itching is a common narcotic side effect.  It does not mean that you are allergic to codeine.  The itching may improve if you take an antihistamine.  If the codeine makes you drowsy, choose one of the non-sedating antihistamines available over the counter.

See your doctor: It is possible you have nerve irritation in your spine or leg that is causing the pain and numbness.  But if you continue to be lightheaded I recommend you see your doctor right away for evaluation.

Plantar Fasciitis: There are a few different things it could be.  The most likely is something called plantar fasciitis, which is inflammation of the tendon running along the bottom of your foot.  Taking it easy, ice and inserts can all help.

any idea why the bone on the top of my right foot is more pointy than the left. makes shoes tight and hurts foot?

You may have : Spurring to the top of the bone known as an exostosis. When the shoe rubs and hurts you this is known as vamp's disease as the part of the shoe that rubs the bone is known as the vamp. 
Options include wearing appropropriate shoes or having the bone shaven.

6-8 weeks: 6 to 8 weeks to be safe, but you can swim or bicycle in the meantime. Walking as tolerated. No jogging until pain and swelling are gone. Remember RICE, a mnemonic for rest, ice, elevation, and compression with an ACE bandage for sprains. If pain increases or pain near outer side below knee, see your PC doctor for exam.

See a Podiatrist : Sounds like it might be broken. Find a local podiastrist and inform them you might have broken your foot.

can i get a walkingboot and crutches for my hurt foot. it's swollen. i can't put pressure on it. my parents won't drive me to the hospital!  help me?

Need to see a doctor: You might be able to borrow crutches from someone but you need to be examined and treated, by a doctor.
