Trauma?: You may have hit your kne at some time in the past, and now you see a dent there, assuming it was not there before and you just never noticed it.  The Humira (adalimumab) you take should not cause a "dent" in your knee.  If it is troublesome, see your dr. For an exam of the area.

Several Rxs!: You should be on an nsaid! Cymbalta (duloxetine) may also help your pain. Also do not exclude the benefits that can accrue from metatarsal bars( feet), outsole adjustments (knees), and other non-drug interventions can make with your arthritis.

MTX sc ?: Mtx causes less liver issues given sc versus oral. Also mtx has more potent metabolites that take 10 weeks to develop. You did not specify what tests where abnormal.  But you suggest that mtx was given alone. Was it? Mtx and Humira (adalimumab) are a good combo for psoriatic arthritis.

: I believe that longterm daily dose of prednisone, if possible, should be no more than 5 mgs/day for safety from adverse side effects.. However, your rheumatologist who knows you &amp; your history is best to advise you.

Lisinopril (l) is a member of the angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor (ace-i) class of drugs. They act at different sites of the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system. Both reduce proteiuria and blood pressure. Ace-i's have a higher incidence of cough. Ask your physician for more information about them.

Similar: Humulin and novolin are made by two different companies, but they make similar products, so Humulin R would be similar to novolin r, Humulin N would be similar to novolin n.  These are all "old fashion" insulins and not used very much anymore compared to humalog, novolog, lantus, Levemir (insulin detemir) insulins.
