NovoRapid (insulin aspart) is Novolog: Novorapid (insulin aspart) is Insulin aspart, a rapid-acting Insulin analog (this means it's been biochemically engineered to be more rapid acting than regular human insulin). Novorapid (insulin aspart) is the name used outside the usa for this product. Here in the usa, it is known as novolog.

Depends: Controlling blood sugars aggressively during pregnancy does have a positive impact on the baby. Generally the levels of blood glucose that we want in pregnancy are much lower than what is sought in nonpregnant individuals. Generally your fastings should be around 90 and your one hour post meal glucose should be under 140 at least but ideally lower. You need to move quickly to control your sugar.

A month : I assume you are using a pen. The one you are using can stay at room temperature for about a month, keep the extras in the refrigerator.

28 days later!: I assume you are referring to NovoLog Insulin flexpen, which is a product that dispenses NovoLog Insulin when a pen needle is attached to the pen. Keep unopened pens in the frig, but once opened, the pen can be used/kept at room temperature for up to 28 days. Keep your pens away from direct sunlight, hot cars (keep Insulin in a cooler when traveling). Also, never allow your Insulin to freeze!

28 days: As long as the Insulin is not being subjected to extreme temperatures (hot car, direct sunshine, freezing temperatures), the package insert considers 28 days to be the longest the pen can be used before opening a new pen.
