feeling super tired after i raced mountain bike saturday sunday. coul i be over trained?

Depending on factors: like how much you hand been training beforehand, your level of hydration, wind/temperature, how used you are to that terrain &amp; if you pushed yourself beyond your normal training limit- it is understandable that you could feel exhausted. Additionally, unless you are accustomed to back to back racing days that can be an issue. People sometimes push themselves harder in a race than when training.

NO: Creatine is simply a building block for muscle.  If taken appropriately and you stay well hydrated it should not be a problem.

: The sooner you see the doc, the better, as it will shorten recovery, specifically if shoulder dislocated and/or fractured. Start with GP if having one.

i had a fall on my mountain bike recently and landed on my hip. the region is now still swollen and is quite hard. is this cause for concern?

Likely hematoma : It is likely a hematoma, which is a area of bleeding that can occur secondary to
Injury and other causes, when it forms a clit it hardens.  I do think it would be good to be seen to verify the diagnosis and to rule out an associated fracture.

my apendice was removed by open method.is it safe to make gimn musculation, abs?what about mountain bike, hills etc?the operation was in november 14.

Gradually begin: I am not sure what you mean by gimn musculation, but let's get down to basics  first, please know it should be okay to start riding your bike.  I like low impact exercise at this stage.  You will tire much more quickly, so be ready to scale back on the amount of riding.  You must ease into abdominal muscle strain and exercise.  Your muscleswill still be healing for some time.

Yes: There is a plethora of literature that supports that movement and exercise promote better health. There are many people that have sedentary jobs. That can be combated by getting up several times an hour to move around and with what you do in your time off. Mountain biking is excellent exercise so keep doing that. Good luck.

I would try it out: before committing to any long rides. See how much pressure is against the anal area.

Important: An overall exercise program ideally has an aerobic component and an anerobic/resistance component.

Dangerous?: Maybe not dangerous, but certainly not always productive. Your body needs rest too. If you wake up the day after a hard ride feeling exhausted or you notice your performance on the bike declining, you are probably overtraining. An easier, recovery ride a few times a week can give your body a chance to rest and rebuild.
