Yes: Hsv-1 is a virus transmitted by blood or saliva. I would be more worried about your partners history because you can contact hpv or HIV or even hcv.

Yes: Although HSV 1 doesn't really favor the vagina (sacral nerve) it can. Incidence is dependent upon multiple factors.
