Yes: Pap smears are safe in pregnancy and they are recommended at the first prenatal visit if it has been more than a year since your last pap.  Sometimes they will cause spotting afterwards because the cervix is more easily irritated during pregnancy.  This is common and usually stops within 24 hours.

Test again:  You get gonorrhea from someone with gonorrhea. If you have been having intercourse only with your boyfriend he likely has it and or gave it to you. Both genders can have no symptoms &amp; be infected. If he tested negative recently it may be that he was treated.

Prior to the vaccine as many as 70% of college age women showed evidence of prior infections.
