HIV transmission: Whenever there is contact with blood or mucus on material (towels, etc.)  which has been in contact with an individual who may be HIV positive, or sexual (oral, anal or heterosexual intercourse) interactions with infected individuals,  there is always a possibility of transmission.

HPV: Hpv is most frequently transmitted by direct contact. It is not usually transmitted indirectly through clothing.  You should wash your underwear on a sanitary cycle to get rid of any other bacterial contamination from your feces.

Doesn't matter: Nobody ever catches HPV through a contaminated environment or clothing. If course you should not share other persons' underwear, with or without visible blood. But there would be little or no risk for HPV even if you did so.

HPV: Transmission by inanimate objects or on a person’s hand is unlikely, although nothing is impossible.  Use of condoms is recommended and if you can receive the vaccine that is also beneficial. Be careful, it is dangerous out there. Best wishes.

No risk, no worry: HPV is not transmitted by indirect contact, e.g. by clothing, contaminated toilets or towels, etc. Only by direct contact, i.e. sexually. Don't worry at all about this.
