Most are OK: I feel your concern is about the inhaler steroids used as a controller. For the most part, very little of the drug is inhaled into your blood stream and eventually in your breast milk. If you are concerned, please discuss your questions with your child's pediatrician.

Yes: If the asthma is bad enough, then yes, Prednisone can be used. There may be safer, less intense, alternatives like inhaled steroids, or bronchodilators, like albuterol (ventolin or proair), but there use really depends on the severity of the asthma attack. Your doctor will be able to tell you this.

Is nose congested?: You might want to start with post nasal drip care: nondrowsy antihistamine and decongestants or corticosteroid nasal sprays (ex. Nasonex/flonase). If you wish to be more natural-saline spray and steamy showers and lots of warm beverages.  Cold and allergy medication is not an absolute contraindication to breastfeeding. Check with you doctor if wheezing worsens (using inhaler more than 4 times/day.

Puzzling pattern: Hives often represent an allergic response to an ingested food or drink. In some this can also trigger an asthma event. If you can think back to a novel food /seasoning/drink it may be the trigger.  The duration of the hives will often match the several days it takes to digest/process the food item and expel the residual from the body.

Do nothing: Continue breastfeeding as usual, most probably she will be fine,  a 2-month old healthy infant who is being breastfed would have enough immunity to protect her from casual environmental exposures. If any worrisome symptom you can call / see her pediatrician, best wishes

Nobody really knows: There are thousands of supplements advertised to do all sorts of remedies. Very few supplements have real research studies to show benefits and risks (but manufacturers make claims based on theories, animal tests, testimonials, chemical similarities, etc... but not based on real research because research is hard to do). Probably safer to take a multivitamin and drink things without additives.

Probably: Fenugreek has been used for hundreds of years to increase milk supply.  I have not been able to find any reports of harm from using fenugreek while lactating.  Studies on its actual effectiveness, though, are equivocal.
My opinion:  it probably won't hurt, and it very well might help.  I doubt people would have used it this long if it didn't help, at least some of the time.  Give it a try.
