Oatmeal paste: Wash the oil off the skin,apply oatmeal paste and then rinse. Aloe Vera, calamine and caladryl are options to treat skin inflammation. Avoid scratching the skin. If the symptoms persist, see your physician.

i take flax oil, d3, cinnamon, multi vitamin, quecertin/c, e. can i safely take something else to protect against illness?

Possibly: The supplements you mention are ok, but nothing really prevents illness like a good diet and exercise regimen. Also getting a good night's sleep every night to keep stress at a minimum also helps. Would recommend a b-complex and calcium in addition to the above, but check your vitamin d level periodically with your doctor to make sure you don't have too much.

is it ok to use coconut oil, grape seed oil, argon oil, cinnamon powder topically during pregnancy?

Why would you?: There are not restrictions applying fruit oils during pregnancy but why would you? None of these have any proven health benefits and are probably quite messy and expensive.

Should be safe.: Should be safe. If your symptoms of gastritis are aggravated by any substance, avoid it.

Not standard therapy: There is no scientific evidence for effectiveness of these treatments in Lyme. Erroneous diagnosis of Lyme is also common and well-documented. Be cautious about having symptoms wrongly blamed on Lyme, leaving the true cause undiscovered, and taking prolonged, unproven treatments for a potentially dangerous condition.

Rinse: Rinse, rinse, and rinse your eye(s) for several minutes. Then use preservative-free artificial tears and cool wet compresses frequently.  You may be allergic or sensative to the oil.

Maybe: A large number of medications were developed from a natural  source, usually with certain modifications to magnify its potency , duration  and easy of administration.  It will require a very large amount of certain natural  component to cause a significant bleeding or if is taken with a medication that increases this side effect.
In people with bleeding disorders may increase risk of bleeding

Probably not needed: The best minerals and vitamins are the ones you get from food.  That might be all that you need.  Thus, a balance, healthy diet is the best way to go.  That being said, if you take too much vitamins, unless it's vitamin a, d, e, k, you should be fine as you will pee off the excess.

You could be dealing with diabetes, anemia, thyroid disorder, cancer, depression/anxiety, etc. You need a complete history and physical and appropriate diagnostic testing as deemed necessary.
