Difficult: It's generally difficult to clear out blocked fallopian tubes because the blockage often comes from previous infection like chlamydia or from abdominal surgery. 
There are some infertility doctors that can use a small camera in the uterus called a hysteroscope and open the tubes that way, but it's still difficult. I recommend that you talk to an infertility expert.

Cannulation: Depending on where the blockage is, sometimes a radiologist can perform a special type of X-ray where at the same time they use a small catheter to try to unblock the tube. Not every radiologist is skilled in that and not every patient is an appropriate candidate for that procedure.

Perhaps: Someimes they can be unblocked with simple flushing, but sometimes a section needs to be removed.  He/she  can't predict what needs to be done until he gets in there.  This will be your only chance so good luck

Fallopian tubes: Once ovulation occurs and the egg is released from the ovarian follicle, it enters the uterus through the fallopian tubes.  If the tubes are blocked, the egg can't get in.  It may therefore cause infertility.

May not be: If the other tube is open, there should not be a need to treat it. If you are trying to conceive, the one good tube should be enough. We did tuboplasty surgery using magnification at one time to open blocked tubes but IVF has become so reliable now that it is usually preferred. A partially opened tube can increase the risk of a tubal pregnancy. Hope this helps.

POSS NO BABY: Egg needs to circulate from ovary via fallopian tube to get to the uterus, if blocked doesn't get through. Luckily you have 2 tubes.
