Nothing specific: All babies/todlers/children have some reflux. You can't burp without it. If it caises no symptoms it remains silent. Heartburn in the absence of spitup is not silent reflux. As older teens or adults, their diet and lifestyle choices help determine whether this issue returns and becomes symptomatic.

The two most common tests for LPR are ph monitoring, also called ph-metry, and a barium swallow.

Small; meals: Small frequent meals helps reflux
not eating within three hours of bedtime or laying down.
Avoiding slow emptying foods such as cows milk (casein part) and meat  might help.

Carbohydrates generally empty fast from the stomach.

Fatty foods, delay stomach emptying- try to avoid too much fat in your diet- even in your small meals.

See below: Dietary modifications, weight loss, avoiding caffeine, nicotine and late meals helps. In addition acid suppressing medications such as h2 blockers (zantac, etc.) and proton pump inhibitors (prilosec, nexium, (esomeprazole) etc) are frequently used.

One way is: to not eat late in the evening before going to bed at least 3-4 hours.  Never overeat.  Cigarette smoking can also cause acid reflux. Avoid stressors in your environment. Other methods are with medications- antiacids such as tums, (calcium carbonate) H2 blockers such as ranitidine, proton pump inhibitors such as omeprazole.  Lastly avoid overingestionof NSAIDS such as Ibuprofen which I see you are taking.

Variety of things: 
Another factor can be stress.  Weight loss while easier said than done can be very helpful.  If medication fails or if you do develop swallowing difficulties or weight loss or are on antiinflammatories or blood thinners please see a doctor in case more serious disease is occuring.
