Help skin turn over: Skin cells grow and mature from below the skin, to the surface of the skin then are sloughed off by the body.  Retinoids (tretinion is one) speed up this process.  Ideas is by facilitating this turn over you can get skin lesions like these to eventually lessen and hopefully resolve.  Takes many months and being very diligent with your treatment. Genital warts: Out of date drugs usually retain full potency, if they have not been mishandled in storage (e.g. not kept in an unusually hot environment, like in a car in summertime).

See a dermatologist: Probably injections of triamcinolone into the keloids. Laser &amp; surgery likely to make worse. Vinegar (any kind) is good on salads. Not useful as medicine except (acetic acid) sometimes for infection in ear canal. You can use aloe but there will be no benefit. No need to repeat experiments already done, showing what works and what does not. See a skin expert specialist.

Wart: It is best to apply to each individual wart and not an entire area to avoid increased skin irritations during treatment

: Yes it will cause burning on normal skin. The burning will go away in a few days. Next time before you apply it put a light coating of Vaseline around but not on the wart.
