Bells Palsy: Bells palsy is only a diagnosis of exclusion, not a primary diagnosis especially if its the first time happening. 3 days is still early enough to begin treatment if other pathologies are sufficiently excluded to make idiopathic facial Nerve inflammation and compression the likely diagnosis. The starting Prednisone dose should be at least 60 mg for 3 days followed by taper to be effective. See ENT.

Bells palsy: The best thing to do for the eye is to keep it lubricated. Bell's palsy makes the eyelid not close to protect the surface of the eye, hence the eye can get very dry and irritated. This can make the vision blurry. Use a thicker lubricating drop at night.

Unlikely: I highly doubt you have had 5 attacks of bell's palsy.  Yes,  you may have had 5 attacks of facial nerve problems,  but bell's palsy is but one type.  A pituitary tumor as a cause is pretty unlikely,  but 5 attacks demands a close evaluation, including mri.

Infection is acidic: An active infection is acidic and painful.  The pressure from the infection can cause numbness but this should reduce with time following the extraction.  Occasionally an antibiotic will help resolve this quicker,  but it is often not needed once the tooth has been removed as the source of the infection is gone.  If it is getting worse after 24 hours call your dentist.

An immune nerve disorder cidp may cause bilateral facial weakness.  Perhaps a neurologist ought to evaluate this.
