Hymen: The hymen is the lining that covers the internal area of the vagina. It can be broken with trauma. "virginity" refers to whether a person has had intercourse or not for most. Yes, the hymen can be broken with trauma  of any kind in the vaginal area.

Possibly: There are many possibilities why internal( iliopsoas) snapping hip begins.Some are anatomic or related to trauma or sports ( most common). Sometimes orthopedic surgeons who treat both types of 'snapping hip' syndrome commonly just don't know why it begins...Try to see a specialist who is comfortable treating your condition . is it normal to lose feeling in your face while working out? lost feeling in the bottom part of my face during karate a week or so ago and it happens still periodically if i end up overexerting myself. not sure if i should be worried about it or not.

when after an inguinal surgery can i begin training in karate to get myself in shape?

Depends: The final say is your surgeon's. As a rule, i allow my laparoscopic hernia repair patients to begin full activity, including sports and weight lifting, in as little as 8 days. All depends on the site and technique. An open repair would have to wait 2-3 weeks - again based on site and technique. Good luck.

Well...: Sounds like you have tried most. you need a low impact exercise regimen, so I would try YOGA again. Maybe it would help to get treated for your pain so you can at least do light YOGA exercises.  Best wishes.
