Confusing question: Babies are born without any germs. If mom had the chickenpox during pregnancy, the kid may harbor that germ in its body but that is a rare exception. Newborns begin to acquire bacteria in their digestive tract and skin surface within hours.And more through their lifetime.

Probably not: The vagina is self regulating - but sometimes the normal bacteria or yeast over grow and cause problems.  Other issues like viruses and std's can also upset the balance.  If you have a well balanced diet there is probably nothing specific that you can do to improve the balance of the microorganisms in and on your body.

Yes: In most cases yes. Most bread mold isn't harmful.

The Microbiome... : Great thought question. However, you are assuming we know all the community of species of bacteria in the body (aka. The microbiome). 

Recently, we have discovered thousands of genera in our body through molecular techniques (most don't  even have a name yet). Though it's tempting to generalize, the question you pose can't be answered with any reliability with what we know today.

dear doctor my routine urine culture test is negative for bacteria, is that mean no clamydia or gonorhea in my body ? should i take more spesific test for it ?

: Yes. Urine culture is not an optimum test for gonorrhea and chlamydia. You should get nucleic acid test for these microorganism.
A condom may not protect against HPV, Herpes, LGV, syphilis, pubic lice etc. It would be prudent to see your doctor for an evaluation.

Not designed for sex: To stay safe, an anus should be reserved for the activity it was designed for, just pooping. There are billions of bacteria coming down into the anal-rectal area all day long... such as E. coli, Klebsiella, and all sorts of other species. Scientists say there are more bacteria in the intestinal tract than there are human cells in our entire body (we are outnumbered).

: In 2 or 3 days and you should be better,  the antibiotic stays in your system for a few days.

A couple of days: When taking metrogel, a vaginal antibiotic to treat bacterial vaginosis, it commonly causes an odd discharge from the vagina.  This is normal.  It typically takes 2-3 days after finishing the Metrogel for the odd discharge to go away.

i  have cached a bactiria called  pertissis.  i fell very bad with my cought  my body and my head  , how long will take to feel fine to go to work?

Are you better?: Bordetella perstussis, aka whooping cough or 100 days' cough is highly contagious illness, but has a very effective vaccine available. Once diagnosed and appropriately treat, 3-5 days following antibiotic treatment, you should not be congatious, but coughing (which can be severe) may linger on longer. So, if u r treated for at least 3-5 days now and feeling better, u can return to work. Good luck.

Body odor causes: The reason that body odor occurs is because bacteria break down the oils secreted by our sweat glands.  It is possible that your new partner may have a different type of bacteria and this is why your body odor has changed. It also depends on where the odor is coming from. Certain bacteria that can cause std's can cause your vaginal odor to change as well and would require treatment by your doctor.
