A member asked:

Do our bodies naturally have some viruses and bacterias when we were born or as we grow up?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Confusing question: Babies are born without any germs. If mom had the chickenpox during pregnancy, the kid may harbor that germ in its body but that is a rare exception. Newborns begin to acquire bacteria in their digestive tract and skin surface within hours. And more through their lifetime.
