how come i always have to urge to do bowel movement before working or going to class? could it be i have anxiety? how can i stop this, because its honestly annoying. nothing else besides that?

: Anxiety or stress certainly could have this effect. You should speak with your doctor about the best option for you. The main choices may be whether to treat the possible underlying problem (e.g. anxiety treatment, e.g. alprazolam, i.e. Xanax® or similar drug) or to try treating the symptom with a GI anti-motility drug (e.g. loperamide, i.e. Imodium®) an hour before work or class. Bowel movements.: Bowel movements are your body's way of getting rid of solid waste matter. If you were not able to do this and stopped having them altogether, you would accumulate waste products and eventually die. Why are you wanting to eliminate them?

Sphincter tone: the rectal sphincter must be relaxed for a normal stool passage. Sometimes, straining at stool can inadvertently cause  tightening and when there is sufficient stool in the rectum, it will easily pass. I suggest drinking 8-10 glasses of ater daily and adding some fiber: ( fruit, veggies, cereals ) to your diet.

Cramping: This could be due to gas passage or passage of hardened stool. It is also possible that you have a type of ibs ( irritable bowel syndrome); nonetheless you need to be examiined by a physician.

It depends : If blood in the stoll is red, it may be from a hemorrhoid. This needs to be evaluated and treated, but is fairly common.
If the blood or stool is darker (black) and has a 'tar-like' appearance, it is more indicative of a bleed in the upper areas of the GI tract. This is more significant and needs more prompt evaluation and treatment. 
The larger volume of blood dictates treatment asap.

Everybody stools: Stool volume is largely dependent on what &amp; how much you eat, effectiveness of digestion, gut flora, GI transit time. Not sure I undertstand the point of your question?

See your doctor.: if your stools have remained loose for three months now, you may have an infectious cause of the problem. You can try increasing your fiber and fluid intake, but you should see your doctor to help straighten it out. Good luck.

Bright red blood: the implication of bright red blood is that it did not spend a long time traversing your intestinal tract.  You almost certainly have a hemorrhoid or two which is intermittently bleeding,  If you are constipated try to modify your diet.  If it hurts see a colorectal surgeon who will tie it off.
