Treat the pressure: High blood pressure is quite common and some do have headaches from it, especially when it is too high.  Most people have essential hypertension (cause not known) but some have treatable cause--kidney disease, obesity etc.. So, check with doc to have an evaluation for hypertention and be treated, to help with your headaches but also reduce risks of stroke/heart attack etc..Good luck.

See an eye doctor: Too little information to tell. Anywhere from the time it takes to put on prism glasses if it is a 6th nerve palsy to several months or years of anti VEGF injections if you have macular edema from a retinal vein occlusion or diabetic retinopathy. If it is from high intracranial pressure due to a brain tumor.....well, you get my drift.......

Go see an eye doctor ASAP.

Merits an evaluation: Two of the pressures mentioned are clearly very high; the 3rd pressure is quite low.  It merits a careful visit to ones doctor to attempt to clarify the reason for the marked fluctuation.  A thorough history and exam with blood and urine testing should determine the cause of the marked pressure variations.

Get BP checked now!: If you have a way to check your BP at home, do it now.  If not, see your doctor, an urgent care, or go to the emergency room now.  Your BP may be seriously high, and putting you at a high risk of a stroke or heart attack.

: At age 60, stopping a statin will require significant modification of your consumption of cholesterol containing foods , but systemic production of cholesterol (including low and high density lipoproteins) may predispose to subsequent adverse cardiac effects.  See a neurologist for diagnosis of unremitting headaches, as many are not caused by hypertension.

Probably can't: Hypertension is too complicated with many factors affecting it to "keep if from recurring".  Goals for any patient with hypertension are to restrict salt, caffeine, and alcohol.  Also, be close to ideal body weight.  Finally stress and poorly controlled pain can be contributing factors.  Finally, patients need to work closely with their physician for medications prescribed.
